For over 40 years, our client has been committed to helping their customers solve their manufacturing problems. They serve a wide range of customers but specialise in the trim, chassis, and final assembly areas of the automotive industry.

They have a vacancy available for a Control Systems Design Engineer with experience of Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC Software and Robot Programming for technically challenging automotive industry projects.

The ideal candidate will be flexible to travel and be versatile. Skills will include PLC Software, Eplan Design, Software of C# or Visual Basic and knowledge of vision systems. A background of automated machinery is highly advantageous as would previous experience of the design and build of networks, wiring of control cabinets and site installation.

The Essex office is commutable from Grays, Romford, South Ockendon, Tillbury and Stanford Le Hope. Remuneration is a basic salary of up to £50k with added benefits.
