This developing company specialise in the provision of materials handling solutions for many different industries. As well as designing and manufacturing their own handling systems, they work alongside leading handling equipment suppliers to create bespoke solutions for clients with the objective to enhance efficiency, increase production and improve reliability

Over the past twenty years they have become acknowledged specialists supporting projects with conveyors, palletisers, lifting equipment, wrappers, strappers, packaging and cutting edge technologies such as robotic handling systems.

Due to new projects an urgent opportunity exists for a Field Service Engineer.

The main duties for this role will include the installation and building of a wide variety of packaging and automated handling machines, whilst providing breakdown support throughout the UK.

Experience of working within this field is essential along with electrical and mechanical engineering qualifications.

This is a real opportunity for the right candidate to join a leading machines manufacturer, who has consistently grown year on year through some of the hardest periods for Engineering in the UK.

Experience of PLC would be beneficial but not essential.
