Offering
complete engineering solutions for the CNC Machine Tool sector, from
stand-alone machines to complete production lines, this well-established
company work within a wide range of industries including Automotive, Metals,
Aerospace and Power Generation. A premier supplier of cutting edge CNC Machine
Tools, they are now seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join their
established service department.
This role
will be to complete installation, service, fault find and repair of various CNC
Machine Tools to include Lathes, Machining Centres and Grinding Machines into
the UK and European market. It is essential that the ideal Engineer possess
experience and skills of the following:
· Experience of 5 axis
Machining Centres – Installation and Maintenance
· CNC Lathes, Turners,
Grinders
· Fanuc and/or Heidenhain
CNC Controls
· Pneumatics &
Hydraulics
It is
preferred that the successful CNC Service Engineer have experience of the Machine
Tool sector having worked within the Metals and/or Automotive industries.
The salary
offered for this position is c£35k depending on experience. OTE to £40k with
benefits including company car, pension to 5%, healthcare plan, 23 days holiday
+ stats. Optical and dental assistance is also offered, along with paid
overtime for weekend work, paid at time1/2 and uplifts to time and 1/3 when
overseas travel is included.
This position will be
regional cover, with some UK wide travel. Covering the North of England, along
the M62 Corridor, the ideal candidate can live within or around any of the
following areas: Manchester, Huddersfield, Liverpool, York or Leeds.
