Senior
Electrical Design & Control Systems Engineer with the ability to take
projects from sales through to installation and commissioning now required for
a company who provide fully integrated design, commissioning and support
services for control and automation systems.
Working to
the highest standards, the Senior Control Systems Engineer will be joining a
company with vast experience of industrial control monitoring equipment
including the development of PLC & SCADA systems for industrial
applications.
The Senior Control
Engineer will have extensive knowledge and experience of all major Control
Systems including the following:
- PLC's: Siemens,
Rockwell, Schneider
- SCADA Packages:
RSView 32, SE, Siemens WinCC, Intouch
- Experience of
other PLC/SCADA systems and/or DCS systems including Honeywell/Siemens
PCS7 would be an advantage
- Background of
control panel design preferably using EPlan
You can expect duties
to include:
- Planning, both in
terms of activities and timescales
- Design and
Development Management
- Customer
Management - Primary contact for all technical and implementation aspects
of the project
- Sub-Contract
Management - Development of technical specifications for subcontract works
and the management of the works such that the requisite delivery time
scales and quality standards are achieved
- Team Management -
Ensure that team members are provided with the requisite task definitions,
information and tools to perform the allocated tasks
- Quality &
Environment Management
You will be a proven
Control Systems Engineer with full project lifecycle capability along with team
leadership/guidance experience. You will also be able to competently produce
FDS/DDS, site work documentation, O&M documentation etc.
You will be working
across a diverse range of industries including Food & Beverage, Power
Generation, Paper and Textiles for many varying applications for both hazardous
and non-hazardous areas.
