Leading manufacturer of
paper packaging and sorting machinery now urgently requires a skilled Field
Service Engineer to join their established customer support team. Highly
renowned within the high volume printing and document handling industries for
excellent quality and customer service, they are looking for a professional
candidate with proven customer facing ability.
Due to continued
sustainable growth, they are now looking for a Field Service Engineer with a
solid understanding of FMCG industries. To be considered for this role it is
essential that you possess either a formal electrical or mechanical
qualification.
Main Duties:
·
Complete
Installations and Commissioning of entire product range
·
Assist
with major projects including large upgrades
·
Schedule
and completed Planned Maintenance and Servicing of machines
·
Attend
emergency breakdowns
The successful engineer
will be Multiskilled with a slight mechanical bias with experience within fast
moving manufacturing or distribution environments.
This is a home based
role with regional travel around the midlands with the ideal candidate living
within or around Birmingham, Coventry, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton, Redditch,
Telford, Rugby or Worcester.
In return you can
expect in-depth product training scheme and career progression plan on top of a
starting basic salary of £28k plus company car, paid overtime and life
insurance with 28 days holiday excluding bank holidays. You can expect your OTE
in the region of £35k.
