Immediate Job Opportunity

Electrical Design Engineer required to join this growing team who design and develop special purpose automated machinery for a varied client base.

Due to the award of new projects, they have now an immediate requirement for an Electrical Design Engineer with strong experience of Eplan P8 or Autocad Electrical.

Your duties will involve:

• To ensure that CAD design is efficiently and effectively applied to all company projects
• To carry out detailed electrical hardware design, ensuring adherence to all appropriate industry standards and regulations and in accordance with customer specifications.
• Produce accurate electrical drawings, panel layout drawings, system architecture drawings and cable schedules for the Engineering Department.
• Be able to survey existing equipment and modify existing drawings on AutoCAD
• Provide a high quality service to customers, whilst delivering CAD drawings in line with the company's philosophy.

A team player is required. Understanding of PUWER, safety regulations and CE marking is highly advantageous.
