Electrical Design Engineer

Wolverhampton, West Midlands

Electrical Design Engineer required immediately for the delivery of packages of high integrity and complex control systems. This company has extensive experience in the nuclear industry through its OEM status for nuclear power stations and supply of equipment and services for decommissioning.

You must be capable of producing technical/functional specifications and developing control systems from concept through to final design, installation and commissioning.

Proficiency in the following is essential

• CAD – AutoCAD / Promis-e, Eplan, RSWire or any other electrical design package
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with analytical, design and problem solving ability.

This position is available immediately and open to Contractors or Permanent Engineers.

Applications from Engineers with experience of IEC61508 standard are welcomed who live within 1 hour of Wolverhampton. Familiarity working with the control panel build facility would be highly advantageous.
