Field Service Engineer with PLC experience now sought for one of the UK's leading specialist machinery manufacturers, designing and manufacturing complex automated equipment for fast-paced industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer to be part of a world leading organisation that have recently grown hugely and have invested heavily in the business. They are innovators in automated FMCG machinery and pride themselves on their ability to bring new design solutions to the marketplace.

Main Duties:

• Installation and commissioning of specialist modular printing and finishing machinery
• Completing FAT/SAT
• Attending breakdowns and providing service and maintenance to existing machinery
• Fault finding and minor modifications to PLC's
• Providing operator training

This is a field based role so travelling both nationally and internationally will be required for installations and testing at customer sites.

The Successful Engineer Will:

• Have experience of PLC controls - i.e. Siemens, Bosch, Allen Bradley
• Come from an FMCG background - ideally printing, labelling or paper finishing
• Be multi-skilled with relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications
• Have experience of a field based position
