Urgent requirement for
a Project Coordinator for a 12 month fixed term contract working for one of
the world's largest
independent companies for the development of powertrain, instrumentation and
test system.
The Project Coordinator
will provide liaison and resolve any identified issues and maintain good
working relationships with a key client:
Main Duties,
Operational Tasks and Responsibilities:
· To attend and engage in
ongoing meetings
· Helping to ensure that
key objectives are achieved.
· To maintain, and assist
in the development of, project management controls for costs and planning
· To liaise and drive
communication and work towards speedy resolution of issues
· To monitor the time
taken to reach affective resolutions
· To attend, contribute
to, and when required call such meetings as are required to effectively manage
the contracts
· To provide feedback on
the status and support areas of the business where necessary to keep project
milestones
· To provide a flexible
approach to meet the reasonable business goals
· To support any site
activities when required during the course of the project
· Supporting the management
of risk and opportunities
· To enter identified
issues into the database and track progress through to close
The ideal candidate
will have an engineering background within automotive and must have experience
of administration and project management.
Based in
the West Midlands, these roles are commutable from within in and around the
following areas: Coventry, Nuneaton, Leicester, Tamworth, Birmingham and
Warwick.
