Junior Service Engineers – Machine Tool x 2

£28,100 plus 10% Bonus

Excellent opportunity for enthusiastic Junior Service or Apprentice Trained Maintenance Engineers with Machine Tool experience to join a global, market leading business in their Servicing Department. Training will be provided by a team of highly experienced Service Engineers covering the UK & Ireland.

As a Junior Machine Tool Engineer you should expect to:

•      Complete scheduled maintenance visits on a range of the company’s machinery

•      Undertake regular service visits to customer sites to complete diagnostics and then remedy machine faults

•      Gain an in depth knowledge of the company product range and attend training when/where necessary on new control systems and machine models

•      Provide technical support to other staff concerning technical matters regarding machine tools

We are seeking professional engineers ideally apprentice trained with c2 years’ experience as a machine tool builder/fitter or maintenance engineer now looking to move into a service role.

The ideal Servicing Engineers will be mechanically biased, ideally with some knowledge of Heidenhain or Fanuc CNC controls.

A specialist in their field with a solid 25% market share worldwide, this well-established company have an excellent reputation for providing good quality, affordable machinery. They work in a range of industries including aerospace, automotive, medical, oil & gas and defence. Please note MoD work will be required therefore it is essential you are able to gain security clearance for this role.

This position offers great training, development and progression, offering a starting salary of £28,100 plus 10% Bonus, Pension, Company Vehicle and mobile phone.

Position will be home based, ideal regions would be West Midlands or South Yorkshire. Therefore we are keen to hear from engineers that live in the following locations Wolverhampton, Worcester, Nuneaton, Redditch, Telford, Tamworth, Coventry, Hereford, Rugby, Doncaster, Barnsley, Workshop, Hatfield, Eastwood, Wakefield and Huddersfield.
