Service &
Commissioning Engineer with PLC Software experience sought for a leading
company in the design and manufacture of environmentally friendly and
chemical-free UV disinfection systems and water treatment packages.
A Service &
Commissioning Engineer ideally with water industry experience will be required
to:
· Provide commissioning
and project support of PLC controlled systems- Siemens or Allen
Bradley/Rockwell would be preferred
· Deliver, improve and
maintain high standard of commissioning & service
· Provide on-site
integration support
· Provide high standard
of commissioning documentation
· Build strong customer
relationships
· Service and repair
company products
· Complete site risk
assessments
· Efficiently resolve
customers site issues
· Deliver customer
training
The PLC Service & Commissioning
Engineer will ideally have a strong understanding of PLC integration and be 17th/18th
edition trained. Preferably you will have water experience, however other
process automation background is also accepted.
You will have a strong
electrical bias with solid mechanical ability.
Experience working
within a customer focused service and support team is essential. You will be
dealing with a broad range of clients at senior levels, therefore ability to
deal with demanding clients within time critical and to stringent standards is
essential.

This role is home based
– we are looking for qualified Service/Commissioning Engineers located in the
East of England between Leicester and Hampshire. Ideal locations would include:
Leicester, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Reading and Basingstoke.
