One of the
UK's leading machine tool manufacturers is now urgently seeking an experienced
Service Engineer to join their growing team. The role is available due to a
large and expanding customer base.
The
experienced Service Engineer MUST have a solid background of machine tool
service in order to continue to provide the world class customer service for
which they are known.
Main
Duties:
•
Complete
installations and commissioning
•
Maintaining
and servicing of machine tools - Milling Machines, Lathes, Machining Centres
•
Attending
breakdowns
The
ideal candidate:
•
Must
have experience of working within the Machine Tool Industry with good knowledge
of CNC controls and installations
•
Be
multi-skilled and possess a relevant qualification - Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering
•
Be
an excellent communicator and experienced in a customer facing position
•
Have
experience with installation and commissioning
We are seeking candidates located within and
around the following areas for this home based role: Nottingham, Mansfield,
Lincoln, Leicester, Derby, Corby Northampton, Birmingham, Dudley, Sutton
Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Solihull.
Depending
on experience a salary of up to £35k+ Company Van (Private Mileage Paid), 25
days holiday + BH, Pension and excellent training. This company does not pay or
expect Engineers to work overtime as they believe in ensuring all Engineers
have a work life balance, no weekend work and try to ensure all Engineers work
as close to home as possible.
