A leading supplier of
intelligent automation solutions are looking for Engineering Customer Service
Co-Ordinator, to ensure the customer service department support desk, field
service and spare parts provision is achieved within SLA guidelines and that
revenue opportunities are maximised.
It is essential that
you have some engineering knowledge. The ability to read engineering drawings
is highly advantageous, therefore this role would suit a Graduate Engineer,
Maintenance Engineer or Service Engineer with good commercial and computer literacy
skills: Excel, Word etc
Responsibilities:
- Answer
customer's technical requests
- Quote
spare parts and organise quotations for engineer site visits for breakdown
and planned maintenance activities
- Be
the first point of contact for customer enquires
- Phone
support, emails and conference calls
- Manage
cases within Salesforce
Your
daily tasks will involve hotline support, resource planning, spare parts
enquiries, raising requisitions for purchasing of spares and pro-active sales
of service and support contracts.
Requirements:
- Technical
engineering qualification
- Results oriented
with a positive outlook
- Clear focus on
high quality of work

candidate must be professional, credible, and have a good eye for detail and an
appreciation of financial systems related to sales and service. This is an
