An excellent opportunity has become available for a Technical Support Engineer to join a leading Machine Tool Company. We are keen to hear from experienced Technical Support Engineers or Machine Tool Service Engineers looking for an office based role.

The main purpose of the role is to deal with customers to offer product based technical clarification, as well as delivering live machine demonstrations and end user training courses.

The successful Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for:

·         Customer consultation including machine and software demonstrations

·         Perform customer training courses on primary product range

·         Support Tooling Sales Colleagues

·         Ensure the showroom machines are prepared and the area is ready for demonstrations or training

·         Onsite or office consultation to help support improved customer efficiency

·         Support Internal Training & Sales colleagues  

The successful Technical Support Engineer will possess the following:

·         Experience in delivering demonstrations

·         Great communication and decision - making skills

·         Knowledge of software programming

The role is based in Bedfordshire commutable from and within Hemel Hempstead, Dunstable, Luton, Stevenage, St Albans, Watford and Welwyn Garden City, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Buckingham, Aylesbury and Bedford.
