Technical Sales Engineer - The Role:

• Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements
• Drive sales and marketing activity in the UK & Europe
• To target end user clients in a range of sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Metal Processing and related industries.
• To cultivate and develop relationships with industry professional such as project engineers, specifiers and procurers

Technical Sales Engineer - The Person:

• Technical expertise with Engineering, Process Engineering or Metallurgical based qualification
• Previous field sales experience within the process industries would be beneficial but applications will also be considered from Graduates with 2-3 years working experience in an industrial environment and a strong motivation for technical sales
• Good communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Systematic approach to processing of information
• Willingness and ability to travel for sales meetings / activities / exhibitions etc

Located in Glasgow, this role would be commutable from East Kilbride, Cumbernauld, Wishaw and Livingston.
