A well established control panel manufacturer are looking for a dedicated and skilled Installation Electrician to join their team. They are a company that prides itself on providing top-quality electrical installation services, and are looking for someone who can uphold their high standards.

Installation Electrician 

£30,000 - £40,000 + Annual Bonus, 25 Days Holidays + BH & Pension Scheme

38 Hours basic. Overtime paid at 1.5x after + Overnight Allowances.

Use of a Pool Van. Power Tools also provided.

Installation Electrician - The Role:

• Install cable containment and mount mechanical equipment
• Run, clip, and gland cables as per specifications
• Make final terminations and test the electrical installation for function and safety
• Ensure site cleanliness and adherence to supervisor’s instructions
• Assist with Panel Division when needed
• Complete and handle all required documentation professionally
• Maintain company vehicle, if given responsibility for it
• Control and maintain all equipment/tools provided by the company
• Work in accordance with Controls Health and Safety policy and the site's specific Health and Safety system

Installation Electrician - The Person:

• Have an NVQ level 3 in electrical installation work (or approved equivalent)
• Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working on industrial electrical installations
• Have a working knowledge of the rules for the electrical contracting industry, the current I.E.E. regulations for electrical installations, and the construction industry safety regulations
• Have completed Health and Safety Training (i.e. CSCS or ECS) and IPAF Training
• Be reliable and loyal, with the capacity for independent initiative and collaborative teamwork
• Be willing and able to work away from home for extended periods when required
