£30,000–£36,000 (OTE £70k).

Electrical Service Engineer – The Role:

Electrical installation, fault finding, setting to work, repair and maintenance of company products.

Attend breakdowns and undertake fault finding and repair.

Communicate regularly with customers and keep them updated with current progress.

Produce complete and comprehensive test documentation.

Provide support and assistance to other departments including shop floor activities.

Electrical Service Engineer – The Person:

Fully conversant with electrical drawings and schematics.

Offshore medical certification is required (BOSIET, MIST) but will be funded/provided by the company.

A hands-on approach to problem solving.

Experience in the testing, commissioning and servicing of drive and control systems including but not limited to PLC’s, AC/DC Drives & SCADA.

Sound instrumentation & controls background.

The right Electrical Service Engineer can expect a basic salary of up to £36k with an OTE of £70k. Benefits include offshore allowance and paid overtime, 33 days holiday including all statutory and public holidays, company van use, along with mobile, laptop, tools and test equipment.

The hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 8.00am-4.45pm and Friday 8am-12.00pm.

This role involves extensive travel offshore anywhere from 2 days up to 8 weeks per trip.
