Electrical Service Engineer

West Midlands

This developing company are looking for an Electrical Service Engineer to join their Midlands based office and provide support to clients across the UK and Ireland with occasional trips to Germany.

The successful Service Engineer will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment
• Scheduling preventative maintenance activities such as parts replacement and upgrades
• Customer contact on technical and service related problems
• Diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures
• Determining the most cost effective repair/ resolution to minimize customer downtime

The successful Field Service Engineer will possess the following:

• Ability  to read engineering drawings
• Electrical bias with a good mechanical understanding
• CNC & PLC experience

We are keen to hear from Engineers based around Leamington Spa, Solihull, Coventry, Stratford-upon-Avon areas who are flexible to work away 2/3 nights per week travelling UK and Ireland. This is an ideal opportunity for an Engineer looking for training and progression.
