Automation Designer
required to undertake Design & Service Engineering role supporting well
known FMCG manufacturers.
Working from home, you
will join a leading company who specialise in supplying a variation of projects
including liquid processing, filling and packaging solutions along with
complete process control and automation solutions.
This is an exciting and
progressive opportunity for a versatile engineer who has in-depth experience of
Siemens S7 PLC software. In addition to designing new solutions you will also
support your own client base with breakdowns, modifications and improvement
projects.
Essential Requirements
·
Excellent
programming knowledge in Siemens S7 PLCs
·
Exposure
to/understanding of SCADA systems
·
Understanding
of transducers and field instrumentation
·
Excellent
knowledge of industrial networks
·
Excellent
knowledge of automation and instrumentation process
·
Excellent
customer relation skills
·
Experience
in managing project scope/costs/timelines
·
Full
& clean UK driving licence
For candidates with
good customer relationship skills, you can expect an excellent basic salary,
paid overtime, company bonus scheme (5-8% of salary), on call allowance,
company car or car allowance, laptop, mobile phone and company pension scheme.
