Control Systems Engineer – SIEMENS

6 Month Contract Minimum, Likely to end of 2021

TIA Portal (PLC & SCADA) OR PCS7 OR SIMIT

North West OR Aberdeen – Potential for Remote Working

£35-50/h Dependent on Ability

Overtime Paid Flat Rate, Enhanced Rate for Site Work/ Weekend Work

Siemens Control Engineer sought for a range of pharmaceutical & energy projects working with a Siemens integration partner. Looking for a May start for a minimum 6 months duration.

 

Immediate projects available for candidates with either:

  • TIA Portal PLC & SCADA
  • PCS7
  • SIMIT

 

A mixture of/all of the above would be great, however, just one set of skills is fine

 

You will be capable of carrying out complete systems design including documentation, client liaison and final site commissioning/testing.

 

You will be expected to travel to sites across the UK for commissioning

 

The role is currently remote working with occasional office visits. The client is happy for this contract to remain home based as long as the contractor is flexible to travel to the office for meetings/pre-commissioning as required. If you are outside of a commutable distance to the office, mileage will be paid.

 

Office locations are Manchester & Aberdeen.

 

Overtime is paid at flat rate. Weekend work & site work will be paid at an enhanced rate to be mutually agreed.
