Global leader in machine tool technology have an immediate requirement for a CAD/CAM Machine Tool Training & Support Engineer to join their specialist machine tool team.

This company are open to applications from both experienced and junior level Engineers. They provide an excellent training scheme, therefore even if you have just completed your apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent within an engineering discipline, we are keen to hear from you.

The successful CAD/CAM Training & Support Engineer will be working with high-tech systems for a broad range of UK based customers.

Responsibilities for the CAD/CAM Training & Support Engineer will include:

·         Provide customer software training & demonstrations

·         Install CAD/CAM software solutions

·         Work with offline CAD/CAM and system control software

·         Analyse current customer working methods and advise on improvements

·         Provide technical support to customer via customer hotline & to internal colleagues

We are seeking an Engineer with an active interest in hands on engineering and ideally experience of programming sheet metal working equipment. You must have good IT skills and ideally previous knowledge of sheet metal design & production.

This is a business who recognise a determined, positive attitude, a want to learn and a desire for self-development. Providing you hold suitable engineering qualifications, we are keen to hear from you even with minimal work experience. Engineers who come from CAD/CAM production roles looking for progression would be ideal.

This role is commutable from within and around the following locations: Bewdley, Stourbridge, Worcester, Halesowen, Stourport-on-Seven and Kidderminster.
