Control Systems Engineer - The Role:

• Design and integration of PLC & Robots for machine control
• Assist in preparation of technical documentation
• Writing software for machine control logic - (PLC based programs – Schneider & Beckhoff)
• Robot Programming (ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa)
• Installation and site commissioning
• Software/Hardware testing and fault finding  
• Participating in R & D projects
• Working with multi-disciplined engineers to find the best solution.

Control Systems Engineer - The Person:

• Competent with PLC structured text
• Degree qualified
• Experience of motion control, machinery automation and servo drives
• Ability to manage projects from concept to installation
• Flexible to site travel if required (20% of time envisaged)
• Self-driven with positive outlook  
• Credible and comfortable in dealing with customers and internal contacts  

Located in Lincolnshire, this role would be commutable from Lincoln, Sheffield, Gainsborough, Doncaster, Scunthorpe and surrounding areas.
